Exterior Finishes:  Precast panels are available in a wide variety of economical and attractive finishes.

Insulated:  Precast panels have 3/4" insulation inset into the panels.
   
Thickness:  Precast panels are available with standard thickness of 2".
   
Panel Width:  The standard panel height of the Precast panel is 28".
Length:  The standard panel length of the Precast panel is 120".  Panel length can be various lengths to accommodate each specific installation.
Openings:  Openings in the panels can be installed in locations as specified by the homeowner.
  
Foundation:  A continuous foundation wall is not necessary.  The foundation system consists of four-inch square concrete footings placed four feet into the ground at 10 foot intervals.
Caulking:  All caulking for all joints for the panels is included in project costs.
